Sda Bocconi | XXVIII Eres annual conference 2022
Da mercoledì 22 a sabato 25 giugno si terrà a Milano la XXVIII Eres annual conference 2022 organizzata da Sda Bocconi.
Il programma prevede quattro giornate di lavori dal 22 al 25 giugno in lingua inglese, con una serie di eventi sociali durante le serate.
Dopo la prima giornata del mercoledì 22 con le doctoral session dedicate agli studenti dei dottorati di ricerca, i lavori della annual conference prendono ufficialmente avvio nella mattinata di giovedì 23, con la cerimonia di apertura, e proseguono fino alla mattinata di sabato 25 con i diversi eventi in sessioni paralleli con workshop session di presentazione di paper, industry panel session di confronto tra mondo della ricerca accademica e industria e con educational panel session in cui si dibattono i principali temi caldi sulla formazione nel settore immobiliare.
Sono stati accettati oltre 200 paper scientifici provenienti da oltre 400 autori da 30 diversi paesi nel mondo che affrontano le tematiche del settore immobiliare sotto numerosi aspetti, sia tecnici, sia economici.
Tra questi vi sono le tematiche classiche di valutazione, di corporate real estate management, di real estate economics, di finanza immobiliare, di investimenti immobiliari, ma anche housing, sostenibilità, nuove tecnologie e big data applicati al settore immobiliare.
I paper scientifici saranno presentati in sessioni parallele di 90 minuti, suddivise per tema, dove in ognuna quattro autori presenteranno i risultati delle loro ricerche con possibilità di dibattito.

L’Annual Conference non è soltanto il punto di incontro degli accademici del settore, ma raccoglie numerosi operatori sensibili ai temi della ricerca, quali grandi investitori istituzionali e società di consulenza, in un momento di incontro tra accademia e industria.
